Prepare photos and videos for a Wakif report
Choose relevant media and understand the current upload structure.
AI-assistedWakif reports can include up to eight media attachments, with at least one photograph and no more than two videos. Supported photo types are JPEG, PNG, and WebP; supported video types include MP4, WebM, and QuickTime. The form also applies size limits and reports unsupported files.
Choose the primary photo deliberately
The first photograph serves as the main public and search image. Select a clear, appropriately authorized picture that represents the intended person accurately. If it is old, explain that context rather than presenting it as current.
Additional attachments should contribute relevant information. Do not upload private documents, unrelated faces, or a long media collection merely because there is room.
Keep originals separately
Retain source files for appropriate follow-up. If you prepare a resized or cropped sharing copy, keep a note of the change. Avoid generated facial detail or edits that could mislead recognition.
- Correct person and suitable main image.
- Permission or authority for the intended use.
- No unnecessary background details.
- Files within the form's supported limits.
Understand what is analyzed
Wakif's primary photograph is used for face processing where that feature is available. Additional photographs and videos support human review; uploading them does not mean every frame receives automated identity analysis.
If an upload fails, read the specific message and correct the file issue. Do not repeatedly submit the entire report without checking whether a confirmation already exists. Keep the report reference when a submission succeeds.
