Use My listings to keep track of your Wakif reports
Find your own submissions and open their status without searching the public directory.
AI-assistedMy listings is the account view for reports submitted through your Wakif account. It helps you locate your own submissions and follow their platform status. It is different from the public directory, which shows reports available for public browsing.
Confirm the account first
Sign in with the account used for submission or claiming. For a guest report, open its email claim link and claim it with a verified account using the same email. If a report does not appear, check whether a different family member or account submitted it. Do not assume an empty list means the report was rejected or lost.
On a shared device, verify the active account before opening private account pages. Sign out when finished, and avoid saving credentials on a device you do not control.
Open the relevant record
Use the listing's status action to inspect the submission. Keep its reference in your coordination notes. A published listing may also provide a route to its public page.
- Match the report to the intended event.
- Check the current status rather than a remembered one.
- Keep the reference for any follow-up.
- Distinguish account access issues from report decisions.
Do not duplicate a missing view
If the page fails to load, use the available retry or account recovery process as appropriate. Avoid submitting the same report again simply to make something appear in the list.
The listings view is not a case-management system for every official contact or lead. Keep your separate coordination record and continue to update the responsible authorities when relevant information changes. Platform tracking supports that work; it does not replace it.
